In the federal govt, as elsewhere, senior staff is more white and male than junior staff. Crushing "DEI" is a response to perceived risk to White dominance, not an actual threat.

I honestly don't know what the solution is and that's the most frustrating bit. I understand there are injuries but there are 11 men on that field who just don't look up to it most of the time. We can't chop and change managers so that's not an option. But what is? #cafc
