Worked the door for Tad, Nirvana, and the Gits in 1990. You can see a young scared shitless me in the front looking up at the guy jumping off the stacks. He climbed up and tried that jump again but the seas parted and he hit the floor pretty hard.

Ray teeth are one of my favorite fossils. That cool flat head screwdriver slot, the hexagon top, and the mushroom profile- always fun to find.

There were some winters with epic exposure back in the early 2000s that probably skew my opinion of those beaches. But when the sand is gone that stretch can be amazing. I suppose that can be said of lots of places on the coast! Here some nice exposure from 2004 with a neat find!
