Kacey, this is very true! Calling attention to this now is a great step in the right direction, especially in terms of making sure this isn't a trap you fall under in your profession as a PA. Luckily, any patient that crosses paths with you is for sure in amazing hands :)

Awesome article to call attention to! I was reading something similar last year about the emergence of trans fats and how unhealthy those are to the diet...That's also something that I think is important to keep in mind if we are going to talk about heart health!

Wow Kacey, It's great to hear your future aspirations as a PA...you'd definitely be amazing at it :)
This article you found is important because it calls attention to the significance of natural remedies. Medications are sometimes essential, but natural remedies are just as important to enforce!

Hey Madison! This is a super cool article to go through, I believe it was another one of your posts about natural ways to get caffeine that had a similar motif, and I think this is another great example of finding healthy ways to stay energized!

I love pasta! There are plenty of pasta making classes offered in Boston...should I book us a spot? :)

I also really love chickpeas!! I didn't realize it until I tried them out last year, this looks like a super good recipe!

Hey Madison!! The first thing on this article that caught my attention was the seaweed chips; I love those, I feel like they are a super great substitute for the salty craving of a processed chip. Snacking is definitely a huge source of potentially unhealthy eating, so this is a great find!

Yes! I love this! A lot of people across the United States have thyroid issues, my mother and many other women in my family having hypothyroidism. In addition to medication, it's always important to find dietary links to medical trends!

Yes!! I see this quite often as a common misconception...I get asked by many patients at work if being vegan means they have to find a protein supplement due to not eating meat, but they really just have to take the time to find other alternatives! Very good choices in the article too
