I know we're all exhausted from talking about tariffs, but anyway, here's my response to the current situation and its impact on the tabletop gaming industry, with a side of decision-making advice.

Good luck out there.

New blog post out now!

This time I'm recapping my time at GAMA Expo 2025 and getting into some of the reasons why attending your industry trade shows is worth it.

Hint: it's because of the people.

That’s some good wisdom.
Live your life in such a way, that people across the entire world aren’t burning your cars and stealing the copper from your swasticar chargers.

Pretending everything is normal is the surest way to make sure nothing goes back to normal ever again. It’s like fighting a fire by pretending there is no fire, while the house burns down.

I was featured on the TrustBuilt Podcast to talk about trust and innovation in business. It would mean a lot to me if you’d take a look 🙏

Alan was a great and gracious host, and I’m looking forward to sitting down with him again sometime!

Inventory management can be chaos, but I’m starting to think that’s not so bad

Check out this post on alternate strategies to card sorting, inventory for game stores, and how to try chaotic warehousing

Huge thanks to the guys at CardCastle for the opportunity 🙏

Business partners are weird. Like, we’re friends and coworkers, but in a way we’re stuck with each other more like family.

It makes me realize that taking time to cultivate relationships, speak honestly, and check in with each other is super important for the health of the business.

So far I’m liking the UI here, and knowing it’s open source and a public utility is reassuring

I think there’s a lot of unknowns, and I’m not sure I want another social platform, but I’ve liked everything I’ve seen here besides that one time I got a face full of NSFW when I refreshed my feed
