Interesting to see this tech that was demoware years ago come to the market. It's a classic chicken-and-egg scenario though: without device makers integrating this hardware, it only works with clunky dongles. Seems impractical on every level.

The Melt Mouse is what Apple's Magic Mouse should have been updated to years ago. I use the Magic Trackpad so this isn't something I'd buy. But if any of you are still punishing yourself by using a Magic Mouse...this looks interesting!

Google's AI is simultaneously impressive (I use Gemini often) and incredibly dumb: the first search result is about Tumella, while their AI says there is no company called Tumella. 🤦‍♂

If you are not using Shottr for macOS, you are missing out. It's fantastic as a screenshot tool; fast, beautiful, and well-designed. Oh, and free. Though if you want to support great software like this, pay the $12. 🙌

After the Atari 2600, but before the SNES, there was THE INTELLIVISION!

Reason #238 why we can't have nice things: in the USA, we can't even agree that changing our clocks twice a year is dumb. There's always some politician, in this case Tom Cotton, who sabotages it.

As a fan of DJI drones, this is a huge downer. 😔

It's ridiculous that the government can both implement a ban soon *and* not engage in a review that would allow DJI to ship products to the USA.

As a species, humans don't think about unintended consequences very much. This is a good example of why it's important to do so:

I was excited to finally get #HaltandCatchFire season one on Blu-ray. It's honestly *the* most underrated TV series ever and deserves much more praise than it received.

It's utterly bizarre to me that @amcplus.com won't release seasons two and onward on Blu-ray. They stopped at season one. 😵‍💫

It's funny for me to see a hotel specify a WiFi device limit; 100 is basically unlimited, so why display a limit at all? 🤨

I recall when hotel WiFi was a new thing; if you were lucky you'd get one device for free and have to pay for every other device...

Medication advertising in the USA is hilarious sometimes...look at this ad. It has zero information about what health issue the drug is used for! This may be peak drug company hubris: "Just ask your doctor about our drug, maybe they'll find a symptom that matches?". 😂

I didn't truly understand how often some adults lost things until I joined our building Slack channel where 90%+ of the posts every week are by people who lost something, and are looking for it, or people who found something and are wondering who it belongs to. This kind of amazes me. 😮 #LostnFound

Did anyone else watch #Highest2Lowest on #Netflix and find it disappointing? Denzel Washington is one of the best actors alive — I will watch *anything* with him in it — but this movie was like some kind of "B" movie. Spike Lee did not bring the heat with this one. 😕
