Can we get someone to host a "FIFA Peace Prize Reception"? Rent a huge venue, only let "peace prize winners" in. Get some priceless video of Donny, proud of himself, wandering around with his medal hanging sadly from his fat neck...

Most of the people being deported as "illegals" right now are, in fact, legal immigrants. But the racists in the GOP don't like them so they lie and call them "illegal."

Some of the worst and most dangerous men in the country.
December 3, 2025 at 9:00 PM
Yeah. It was never about that. No Republican policy is ever about what it claims to be about. Republican policies are always about helping the well off and hurting the poor and disenfranchised. Always. It has been that way for decades.

So? Australia should... what? Wait? Wait for the US and China? Better to make as much progress as possible.

Troublican. A Republican who supports Trump, thus causing trouble for anyone who supports honesty and freedom.
Which, as Trump says, is almost all of them.
November 27, 2025 at 2:46 PM
Ironic that supporters of Donald Trump, the most crass and uncivil of public figures, have gone all in on civility, politeness and being well dressed as the solution to our problems.

CA periodically generates more power than they can consume, mostly from solar.
I catch myself being optimistic and thinking about when renewables are generating more than we need on a regular basis.
Then I have to remember all the work left to do...

Normal people: "Wow. A fake 'investigation.' This is such an obvious cover up. No one will be fooled."
Republicans: "Finally. An investigation. Now we will learn the truth."
Normal people: "OMG."
November 15, 2025 at 1:18 PM
All wrong.
Donald Trump is a child molester and Republicans love it because they are child molesters too.

These statements need to go further, into the Congressional record. "We know it was so important to you to drive up the cost of healthcare that you tried to withhold SNAP benefits and starve Americans. Today's GOP is the most dangerous enemy the American people have ever faced."
November 12, 2025 at 1:07 PM
Still better than any Republican. Newsom or JD Vance? Basically an IQ test. If Gavin gets through the Dem primary, then he is an easy vote in the general.
November 10, 2025 at 12:27 AM
The most vocal American "Christians" would never consider voting for someone who wants to help the poor and demonstrates that he has read the Bible.
November 10, 2025 at 12:07 AM
More of less than you want a third Trump term? Because that is the hypothetical being talked about.
November 3, 2025 at 1:03 AM
I'm sure they'll have a press conference with Trump to announce the correction.
What? No?
They'll use "lie loudly, tell the truth quietly" again?
Cool.

Low wages coupled with a policy of less than full time work weeks to not have to offer benefits.

I do think those people can be reached. But basically on a one-to-one basis. Mamdani seems to be both charismatic enough to draw people to him and great at connecting with people when they pay attention, however briefly that may be.

"I just want change" is voter for "things don't feel right and I have idea why or what to do about it and I am far, far too lazy (or stupid) to even attempt to figure it out."
October 30, 2025 at 12:29 PM
This kind of partisan language on a government website is so wildly inappropriate.
October 30, 2025 at 11:24 AM
"Mr. Speaker, we've never had another Speaker know so little about what is going on in Washington. Why are you worse at this job than anyone who has ever done it before? Did your colleagues know about your staggering laziness and incompetence when voting for you?"
October 29, 2025 at 12:17 PM
The MAGA GOP is an experiment in giving socially mal-adjusted losers unlimited power. Results are not good so far.
October 25, 2025 at 3:04 PM
"What kind of person abandons kids with special needs?"
A Republican. This is who they are.
October 24, 2025 at 12:27 PM
Turning the White House into a tacky club.
October 22, 2025 at 11:49 AM
As soon as Schumer lets them get back to work. Following the Pelosi precedent.
There is no anti-American act the GOP will not blame on Democrats.
October 20, 2025 at 1:07 AM
Not only does the bill cut funding from Mediaid, it will cost hundreds of millions of dollars each year to administer. Cut benefits, drive up administrative costs.
The Republican way.
