As a follow-up to my reporting on prompts leaking into GSC, I present what I believe is incontrovertible evidence that ChatGPT scrapes Google SERPs.

Yes, OpenAI Scrapes Google Search - Quantable Analytics
My last story about ChatGPT scraping Google and leaking prompts received a lot of attention, and I was especially pleased to see that OpenAI said that they’ve fixed the issue.  So what was “the issue”...

I wrote about a ChatGPT prompt leak last week and now that story is the #1 most read on Ars Technica! Even beat out the crab island story which tbh sounds much more interesting.

Why do AI boosters dream of the $1B solo person company? The odds are not in your favor. A $1B company with 1,000 people means $1M per person. In the former .1% get crazy rich and 99.9% get nothing.
Yea the economy isn't a zero-sum game, but I'd take the latter every time.

I wonder if part of why AI bros overestimate the capabilities of LLMs so much is that they (the bros) consider writing code to be one of the strongest indicators of intelligence, and that happens to be one of the things that LLMs are best at.

A newly built Klon Centaur on ebay, currently $7,048 and sure to go higher. I guess people still believe in magic diodes... I really doubt whoever buys this could tell the difference between this and a $50 klone. Positive I could not.
