Allowed him to swerve questions, interviews and to campaign on a single policy,

Nigel Farage is allowed that same free pass.

The RW papers, which already scream Brexit betrayal on a daily basis, will dial their criticism up
to 11 as soon as Labour changes a single atom of our relationship with the EU.

Given that, they might as well go for something spectacular instead of these tiny nibbles. It won't change the reaction.
