Short version: Mom tripped while we were walking, hit her leg just under her knee, wound up with a MASSIVE hematoma. Just had surgery to take it out, they pulled 250mL out.

Last week, I let my mother drive my car so she could go to an appointment.

On her way home from the appointment, she decided that she wanted to get a haircut before coming home, while on the way home.

She happens to be in a lane that can go straight, or turn left. So she turns on her turn signal.

Update regarding old property management that I was griping about 6 months ago: Mom got a lawyer to deal with them (benefit of working for the state for so long is a legal insurance company she keeps up with) and after the opposing side trying to ghost the lawyer for so long, the matter is settled.

So, I like snow. Snow is pretty neat.

But I drive for work. I don't like driving in snow, and as soon as the snow gets packed by cars into ice, snow and I are no longer friends.

Lost 3 days of work due to snow because I couldn't drive, now I'm hearing about more snow coming?

The amount of times I've reminisced about past events recently, and gone "I was kind of stupid" about it, because I know better now, is a little annoying and staggering.

Nothing like opening your email and finding out that the old property management company you haven't heard from in two months supposedly sold a debt they hadn't informed you about to a debt collector, that is also trying to charge an extra ridiculous fee on top of this unexplained debt. 🤬

I hate waiting for art that I paid for, but I know I told the artist to take their time. It's the anxiety and anticipation that kills me.

Also I don't want to post AI pics I made for use as reference, because those feel weird. The sooner I don't have to use them, the better.
