Assume he converts all his 💰 to T bills. That’s passive income of $20B/year (4.3%). Spending $1M/day won’t be enough draw down principal. He would need to spend $55M/day, or $2.2M/hr, before it begins to affect his wealth.

find it genuinely delighting that people with enough money to never work again (and do literally anything they want anywhere in the world at any time) seemingly have nothing going on in their lives and are so miserable they are just spending the holidays frantically posting

Does anyone else find it odd that the elevator pitch version of capitalism isn't capitalist? The butcher, baker, and furniture maker are all sole proprietors, meaning there is no separation between the working class and owning class. When the workers are the owners, that's socialism.

Did you know if you Bing "bluesky", the direct link to the bsky.app is not in the first page of results? Instead, we get Wikipedia, news, YouTube videos, etc. Seems like a miss by @microsoft.com

Serious ?: Does this mean the next UHC CEO is gonna get paid more than the last one? One dead exec doesn’t change a broken system. The next guy will be exactly the same and claim the position carries more risk than before. If there’s anything insurance understands, it’s modeling risk.
