The currently proposed solution solves this problem by adding an edit history. But I think it'll still take some time until we see something like this in the app.

The vibe when meeting with other riders is always awesome. How do you manage to organize these meetups or find out when and where they are?

There actually is a discussion on adding editable posts (github.com/bluesky-soci...).

Apparently the problem is that this isn't possible with the current version of the protocol, because it would allow users to change the suspect of their posts while keeping the interaction from other people.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I make typos and everybody does, and we should be able to fix it. We also make factual or content errors and should be able to correct...

While Table Team is still in development, I am looking forward to releasing and using the app

Table Team is a free mobile app that manages exactly this.
You can create a group and invite your friends.
Everybody can recommend places they'd like to try and upvote their friend's ideas.
You can then schedule an event from one of these recommendations and everything get's much more organized!

And I have to admit: It's quite messy.
It's hard to see the suggestions, distinguish them from favorites and find out what has been planned for the future.
That's why I started building Table Team.

This was our idea: We all look for some places that we'd like to try out. Then, everyone can select their favorites and we choose a random restaurant to eat at every month.
In the beginning, we posted our ideas, favorites and other general information in one single group chat.

Congrats! That's a massive achievement🥳

While Table Team takes up most of my time right now, I am planning on releasing my bigger project around motorcycles right on track for the start of 2025's saison.
Stay tuned for updates!

Tomorrow I'm going to start the programming part.
I have already set up the database in supabase.
For the frontend I am going to use the react native framework Expo.
Gonna share more info on what the app is about soon.
Ideally, the whole project shouldn't take more than two weeks or so.
