Went to Joan’s on Third today for breakfast, mine and Charley’s spot, and her favorite server had this gift waiting 💔🥹 It’s so faith-affirming that the rest of our little world loved her as much as I did. So grateful for how kind they were to her over the last two years.

Two years ago I was begging the universe for more adventurous, kind friends to do things like this with me, and today I’m so grateful for my friend Sé who took me here so I could finally take skydiving off my list. 🥰 so many things I loved about this day!

There’s something really special about coming home from a swim and pulling part of your snack straight off the vine. I wish balcony gardening were more accessible to others.

Things I love about this day: easy miles in the pool, easy miles on the treadmill at the gym (along with a lil gremlin selfie), and friends coming over for wine and cheese and time on the balcony and building this piece of furniture for me. Lucky to have such kind hearted friends ☺️💗☺️💗

Almost 13 miles before my active recovery walk to Hugo’s for a Halloween Happy Hour in an hour. 🙃💗 It was beautiful outside today. Grateful for this body that has been through so much.

Walking through the neighborhood w/ a friend and her dog tonight, we saw a man putting the finishing touches on his Halloween decorations in his enclosed front yard (the gate was open). Then he asked if we wanted to check it out, and OMG, he was putting up decorations for his 1 and 3 year old!

Walking through the neighborhood w/ a friend and her dog tonight, we saw a man putting the finishing touches on his Halloween decorations in his enclosed front yard (the gate was open). Then he asked if we wanted to check it out, and OMG, he was putting up decorations for his 1 and 3 year old!
Things I love about my day so far: riding this heavy ass bike without having the brake jammed. What a difference! And grabbing root + herb latte from rose park roasters while back in the LBC this morning. Always nice to have your dad wake you up before street sweeping comes, too. 💗

Things I loved about my morning: one of the heirlooms weighed itself down off the vine (it’s so cute!), a trip to besties vegan paradise on a walk with friends, cute dogs waiting under the tree for squirrels at pan pacific park today. 💗

Things I loved this day: this gf pasta dish I picked up to go from Hugo’s, a quiet night at my friend’s place with her dog- Charley’s best friend, the strong breeze that carried me through my loops on the trail today and made it feel like 70 degrees instead of 80 degrees, making plans with my Dad.
