That's what I usually pick, but it wasn't available here. Just "Other" as on the screenshot and "Prefer to self-describe" (which I used to enter "White - European").

I'm aware of the people who consider English, rather than British, to be part of their identity, or their nationality. But I really struggle to see how it is a different ethnicity.
