Tengo una cuenta vivienda en Kutxabank y es de lejos, la peor experiencia digital de la banca que he tenido.
La app tiene más o menos buena reputación pero la web comercial está para quemarla, todos los botones de contratar servicios te llevan a un login que te anima a llamar por teléfono.

Hace poco, los estudios y distribuidoras de la industria del cine soltaban billetes para que una peli permaneciese en cartelera más tiempo, y se retrasase así el lanzamiento (meses después) en DVD o Blu-Ray.
Ahora, una película como Frankenstein de Guillermo del Toro con $120M en producción...

Webflow tiene un sistema para "generar miniaturas" etc que es un poco difícil de intuir, y cuando el cliente sube fotos de 3MB o si no sabe exactamente meter en un "post del blog" una imagen, si recibe 4k visitas, tienes 10GB de ancho de banda gastado y sin casi darte cuenta...
