He missed the actual story. Jill Lepore’s review takes the book to task for failing to document the systemic brutality of the racism society in which he was raised and the impact they have had on his attitudes and ideology.

You need to factor in their plans for the “robots” as well (automation, social control, domestic paramilitary, etc.)

Anam Thubten and Chakhung Rinpoche spent hours helping with the QC of the scanning project. They checked every page of the 26 volumes to make sure that the pagination was correct and to check for missing pages. The few missing pages could be found in the 2 other sets of the NGB at Abhaya Fellowship.

This print originates from newly carved blocks replicating the late-18th century Derge Edition. These blocks are faithful replicas of the originals, with no additions, deletions, or significant edits. BDRC's scans of the original Derge edition contain unclear passages due to woodblock wear.

BDRC has archived many editions of the East Asian Canon. We have not worked directly in Japan to digitize manuscripts in part because the main temples and libraries are already carrying out this work. BDRC instead prioritizes less resourced traditions such as the Tibetan, Khmer, and Burmese.
