It's great that stroke recovery is getting in the news www.bbc.co.uk/news/article... It does speak to our need to believe in the 'new' though. VNS targets those who should respond well to intensive standard movement training anyway. The science should maybe focus on those without finger movement?

It all runs pretty smoothly apart from freak storms or power / water outages (9/10)

Every morning I feed 80 street dogs in Thailand. It's the best feeling in the world. This was today.

🥘 All the food is cooked fresh daily
🐕 We actually provide food for 1000 other dogs daily

It's a small part of what we do but it is an absolute joy to see the tails going 🥰
