Ultimately if this is the kind of game you're into you're going to love it. Personally, I like it in short bursts when I want to shut off and chill for a while.

Value is where this game shines. It retails for $25 for the base game. While there are multiple paid DLCS, there are also a slew of free DLC updates that have been added throughout the gam's life that add new levels. Honestly good on the devs. Great job.

The game has basic accessibility features, but on top of that there is the option to press a button that highlights what is still dirty which is very useful. They also added Aim Mode that locks the camera and allows free aim, which is good for motion sickness

I didn't go into this expecting a story of any kind really, but there is a meta-narrative throughout the campaign levels that tells a somewhat interesting story.

As one expects from a game called PowerWash Simulator, the gameplay is cleaning a large variety of different objects ranging from vehicles, public places, etc. It is a lot of fun and fairly intuitive, though it is a lot of the same. Which is to be expected.

I honestly can't gush enough about this game. It's a highlight of gaming for me in the last few years.
Please play this game. If the difficulty is high don't be deterred by needing assist mode. You can freely turn the settings off and on room by room as you need

Celeste retails for $19.99, which for the amount of game you get is a steal. Each level has three "versions" of it in Climb, B-Side, and C-side. There are tons of hidden items to find. You more than get your bang for your buck with this game.

Despite the high degree of disability, Celeste has built in what it calls Assist mode. This allows you to turn on and off various settings to make getting through difficult sections easier.
The game incorporates this without making the player feel less than.

This game is an emotional rollercoaster from start to finish. It explores many deep emotional topics despite being presented in its cute pixel art style.

Celeste is a high skill ceiling precision platformer, and it never really manages to feel stale. There's new mechanics introduced throughout the game that change things up enough to keep things fresh and fun.
The 9 is because of the feather controls.

Honestly if you're a Final Fantasy fan I recommend giving it a chance even if you're a "turn-based or nothing" hold out. The story is fabulous and it's fun to play. Even if you just like fantasy or hack-and-slash games I say check it out. Just maybe on sale.

FFXVI retails for $70 for the base game, more if you want the Deluxe version or DLC options. While this has become a more standard price point for AAA games, FFXVI doesn't really give much reason to play it again, which for the price dinged it for me.

From a mechanic standpoint the only real options are messing with the subtitles and adding sound wave-forms. There are in-games items that allow easier combos and auto-dodging, but these feel less like accessibility features, and take up accessory slots.

What can I say? Square knows how to right a really engaging fantasy story. I thoroughly enjoyed Clive's journey through the game, and the large cast feels lively and like they belong.

There are folks that dislike the shift to hack-and-slash gameplay, but I am not one of them. FFXVI is solid and fun to play, and the Eikon fights are some of my highlights of gaming in recent years.
My only complaint is that regular combat can get a bit stale.

Overall I had a great time with Crow Country, playing through it multiple times. If you're a fan of old school survival horror games I highly recommend giving it a chance.

Full price for Crow Country is $19.99 USD. The game offers a lot of replay value to get all the secrets, and how much you explore determines who all is alive at the end. All said there's plenty of game here for the price.

While the game does offer some accessibility options (Exploration Mode and Extra Lives), overall, what you see is what you get. Which is what lead this category to be more center of the pack.

The story is interesting overall, though I did find it at times to be more convoluted than necessary. While this is of course a me-issue, I had to discuss the story and ending with some friends that played it to get what was going on.

Crow Country is in a true harkening back to classic survival horror, which comes with its ups and downs.
The controls are intuitive for the type of game it is, and the puzzles are fun. I found the aiming system frustrating at times as well as the hit detection.
