Just this world of 30 second bursts of information without context just worries me a lot in regards to how the younger generations will see the world. None if this can be good.

If you have workflow for fast iteration because you have to work with clients that require that a lot, it has it's downside in that relying on blending modes can make your work look very uniform, which isn't a good in creating powerful mood pieces.

I get that it's the nature of the platform and everybody has to fight for attention, but for people still learning the ropes, it can feel like there's certain ways of doing art without proper context to why certain types of artist favor certain practices and that rigidity can be such a bummer.

I was thinking that. I don’t like games trying to justify the existance of certain things in the game world, the yellow paint makes less sense than a world separate way of communicating and is also harder to spot. For me it makes the game world feel more like a set.

The vibe I get here, from admittedly very limited information, is more like The Hunger Games.

I can imagine a Zelda as a 80’s fantasy movie. Return to Oz or Labyrinth style. But they’d never make movies like that today.

I have a really hard time imagining Ganon or Moblins or Octoroks existing in the world that those images seem to suggest, without it feeling extremely jarring. For one you can’t say ”Moblin” with these faces without it being funny for the wrong reasons.

Man, Dread got so many things right. It's slimy and gross, weird and alien, the story was small, meaningful and tight. No federation.

Also the federation was portrayed as shady, backstabbing power hungry assholes in Fusion, I hate that they are now always portrayed like propaganda movie versions of the marines.

You know what were better a better approach for Metroid npc's? The weird monkeys an the ostrich from Super Metroid. Samus should be encountering weird freaks or aliens who don't communicate like humans and all kinds of sci-fi nonsense. Nobody cares about the federation.

At the end Myles will grow to show some bravery and the girl will like him for it. That one guy saying how much he misses his family will die for emotional impact and the woman will mostly be Samus' sister girl boss.
