IT'S OFFICIAL: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York State, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and New York City have formed the Northeast Public Health Collaborative.

The collaborative will issue their own vaccine recommendations and coordinate public health efforts.

BREAKING NEWS: Democratic lawmaker Melissa Hortman, and her husband Mark, have both died. Democratic state senator John Hoffman and his wife were both shot & now out of surgery where they expect to make a recovery.

The shooter was impersonating a police officer and is still at large.
