Yes, Melissa dropped out early on and to focus her efforts on her Sacred Struggle book. Rachel Cope’s will be out next March as a stand-alone book published by Deseret Book titled The Slow Work of God. I don’t know exactly what happened with the others.

I don’t think so, unfortunately putting them together was a logistical nightmare.
