Winter jazz in Copenhagen is usually just as high level as Copenhagen jazz festival. Today: Christian McBride Trio live in concert playing tunes in honor of Ray Brown. Christian McBride (bass), Benny Green (piano), Gregory Hutchinson (drums). Tight, clever, funny and wonderful sound. #jazz

🎶 One of my favorite duet albums of all time is Mick Flannery and Susan O’Neill “In the game”. I heard them perform it live twice in Denmark a few years ago. This weekend I heard them twice again in the opera house in Cork, Ireland. Amazing. Highly recommended🎶

The Pushkin job: unmasking the thieves behind an international rare books heist

This is one of the most disgusting things I have seen in a very long time. A fascist wanna be dictator and an experienced dictator meet to discuss what should happen with a democratic country one of them invaded. Shame on both of them. Slava Ukraini. #slavaukraini

Out of respect for young people's wiser approach to social media, I've chosen not to share a picture of my daughter from her high school graduation today. But rest assured, I am an extremely proud dad and deeply admire her efforts. The picture shows the traditional Danish graduation hat.

Dr. Carla Hayden has been a huge inspiration to me for years. She upholds and fights for the right library values: Fact based learning, and opportunities for all. Facts matter, and her firing by the orange one is yet another sign that facts are under siege in what was once an inspirational democracy

I attempted to test the European search engine Swisscows, which, according to the European Alternatives website, should offer a free plan. However, it seems this is not the case. When you do a search a pop-up appears and no search result is shown.
