Thinking about how open access and self-directed professional learning empowers educators to explore, innovate and create their own transformational professional learning journey…
As a former PSDO for RAiSE it was brilliant to be a part of this celebration event - chatting all things science and STEM with practitioners visiting the stands. Connected in around practitioner enquiry and middle leadership professional learning too 😎 Well done to the RAiSE team 🎉🎉
Exciting day ahead at our national RAiSE event: Celebrating learning, Inspiring the future. Wonderful to have so many practioners joining us to help build a rich legacy for the programme #RAiSE #STEMnation @stemedscot.bsky.social

Practitioner Enquiry Tip of the Week: holiday is for holidaying. I'm a day early this week as I'm on leave tomorrow and next week. So this is my important reminder that enquiry should not be taking up your holiday time. If it is, stop, scale back /1 🧵

I love that moment when you are reading a book and suddenly there, in the middle of the sentence, is a word you’ve never seen before. For me today that word was foehn, as in a foehn wind and I had the pleasure of looking it up and learning more…delighted that there were also diagrams 😃
