I preordered The Island at the Edge of Night by Lucy Strange from @bertsbooks.bsky.social but have only just got round to it, despite receiving it last April. Two days in and I'm wondering why I took so long! I don't think Lucy is on Bluesky but she's a wonderful children's author. 📚💜🤍

Bath was partially beautiful in the sunshine today. 🙂 The eagle-eyed amongst you might recognise the shop Modiste from Bridgerton! ❤️

This was used for the dress shop called Modiste in the Netflix series Bridgerton. Looking down an alleyway in Bath. It doesn't have a street name but is off Abbey Green. There are Bath Stone buildings on either side.

Anyway, I'm currently dog-sitting! This is Minnie. She's a Cavapoo and she's adorable. She's been to work with me today and was exceptionally well behaved.
