I can only find Russian drones who can do this. They are called the Motylyok or Moth drones.
Not small, but still surprisingly small. But those are Russian, so who knows if they actually work and are not just a scheme to steal tax money.

Democrats (or a democrat) literally did the same the day Obama became president. In fact he was so bold to make it unlimited.
Plenty of idiots in congress. Bills like this are introduced way to often. Hardly ever even get passed committee. So let wait and see what happens with this one.
