LLMs are the ultimate capitalist technology, part n: negative externality edition. Increase your productivity by instantly generating something you can pass off as "done" - and screw the people downstream who are going to use your outputs as their inputs.
Good programming and good writing esp in complex scenarios require a lot of things AI is bad at: namely, actual thinking, creativity and actual synthesis of all information. But, crucially, these tend to be jobs where the quality of the output isn't measured (3/?)
