@govpritzker.illinois.gov what authority does ICE have to manage use of public roads? That sounds like a job for local and state law enforcement.

ICE just chased everyone off the public road by the Broadview facility. They yelled for people to move and immediately began firing gas into the crowd, which included legal observers, press, and medics.

My first academic article was on the dictatorship of Uzbekistan inventing a group called "Akromiya" that did not really exist but which they used to arrest anyone with whom they disagreed under the pretext of "terrorism". Just bringing this up for no reason whatsoever!

When the government moves to punish those who say things that are offensive to the feelings of the government, that is a crystal clear violation of First Amendment protections. Anyone who tries to tell you otherwise is asking you to give up your own First Amendment protections.
