Same. I watched this preview footage and it really worries me and that trailer especially. How can they so fundamentally misunderstand what Metroid is 😩

Promised myself to create a party of Pokemon that weren't from first two gens but as you can see I just slowly went for what I was comfortable with instead of properly experimenting. But still a great game that I'm glad I experienced divorced from all the junk discourse online.

I think it's a pretty solid step in the right direction for Pokemon. The boss battles were fun (and hectic towards the end) and the way everything flows feels a lot more snappier than Arceus. I just wish they would get into things quicker - the tutorialising is excessive.
