I agree UPFs are generally bad. But when researchers dig down into what’s actually causing health problems it’s basically HFSS.
And if rejecting UPFs lead the public to turn away from wholemeal bread (UPF) but happily scoff down beef (apparently not “processed” 🤯), something’s gone badly wrong.

It’s the wrong target.
