End goal is a 10k (6.214 miles) at 8:30/mi.

I’ll get there by losing weight and lifting on leg day.

I don’t think they would do that. It has never happened in the comics. I think if Ultron ever encountered Nimrod/Master Mold/Bastion, he would likely attempt to assimilate or destroy him rather than collaborate.

Those are the options he gave the Phalanx.

One of my favorite things to do around Americans is to pretend I think they're talking about Bernie Mac when they talk about Bernie Sanders.
