My 4yo daughter had trouble falling asleep tonight because she couldn’t stop thinking about the book we’re reading. Night of the Ninjas by Mary Pope Osborne has her captivated. What happened to Morgan? Is she under a spell? My girl had too many questions to sleep 😂

Why is it that I can dream up gorgeous, lyrical prose while doing the dishes or showering, but when I get a chance to sit down at the computer, I forget how words work?
