All the talk about whether the GOP Senate will stand up to Trump’s terrible nominees, or whether he’ll make recess appointments, or prorogue Congress ignores the big elephant in the room: the Federal Vacancies Reform Act! The lame duck Senate should have the spine to hold confirmation hearings NOW!!
