There's a weird fascination with funding literal children who are willing to "grind" 7 days a week 12 hour days. The part missing though is they just aren't that good at their jobs (yet). I really think a team of senior engineers who respect their own time out executes the children, 10/10 times.

I'd love to know how this compares with other social media - my guess is Facebook at that scale probably is around 50/50 but I'd bet Twitter is more male skewed
