She’s just being honest about the total surveillance state that Labour and the Tories have been building since Blair.

Just don't let her visit the Stasi museum in Berlin, she'll be enthusing about the effectiveness of Zersetzung next.

Or the posh version.

International law is a fine and noble principle but reality whether one likes it or not doesn't always live up to the ideal.

Which is why the UK and EU need to concentrate on building autonomy from the USA as a priority. In the meantime they need to keep USA onside regarding Ukraine.

42% of American have never been abroad.

27% of Brits have never travelled to an EU country (distance of visiting a neighbouring state in the USA)

Poland, Spain, Italy and others are all less well travelled than Americans.

The idea that America is particularly averse to travel is not really true.

The German case is much more tightly constrained. Either by a formal renunciation or a defacto renunciation by taking up arms (as an adult) for another state or non state actor.

Can’t be removed just because a citizen has a criminal record.

UK dual citizenship is closer to ILR plus a vote.

Yes the rules are tightly constrained (obviously given the history) and as to the 3rd case (legalese for lying during naturalisation) there is a 10 year statute of limitations when they can annul the unlawfully obtained citizenship.

Again you are telling on yourself that you haven't understood the security risks with agentic AI in Windows when even Microsoft themselves admit:

So deploy it at the right height. The abort modes for capsule based systems have been a solved problem for many decades.

The Space Shuttle was over-complicated and unsafe which is why everyone has now reverted to capsules.

I can't find anything on the ONS website with wealth shares by year but given the rise in house prices relative to income I would guess the share went up in the late 90s to through 2010s. Probably reached a plateau now, house values falling relative to income balancing other asset price increases.

Top 1% income share is the lowest since 2002 dataset began 6.8%. Overall while there was a rise in top 10% income shares in the 1980s the trend has been flat since then.

Define “works well”. The output may appear reasonable to a lay user but anyone versed in the subject matter will see the errors.

Kryptos is a sculpture at CIA headquarters with an as yet undeciphered code K4.

AI makes stuff up mixing real information with complete nonsense:

Password disclosure can be required under s49 RIPA which itself was passed on the basis of combatting terrorism.

This however was a border stop and the relevant power being used and what he is charged under is Schedule 7 of the Terrorism Act 2000 not RIPA.
