It's not measured from the end of the player's sleeve. It's measured from the point of the arm that is level with the armpit. It's more like where the premier league patch is on the sleeve.

I'm currently making this beauty – the Mercedes F1 car. It's 14 bags, so taking a while. I'm impressed with the detail with the working suspension, differential and drive.

They also gave offside for when Robbo was fouled by Diop. It looks level to me and certainly you wouldn't expect the lino to flag it. Very suspicious.

I just checked on MOTD and the ref allowed advantage and only blew up after Virgil cleared the ball from the shot. It shouldn't have been a red card!
To make matters worse, for the Diop foul on Robbo, we didn't even get a freekick, as lino gave offside. He was poorly positioned & Gakpo was on.
