Alas, no pubs in my ward boundaries anymore, with Northway Social Club being the last one to close a few years back (if you can call that a pub?)

Nearby Marston ward does have 3 though, I’d nominate the Red Lion on Oxford Rd in the old village as the one you’d be least likely to have seen!

Cholsey Parish Council, who owns the allotment land, however, have confirmed that the land, only part of the allotment, is not for sale; as poor quality growing land, it is merely being deregistered to manage as a nature reserve to improve biodiversity 4/5

Proposed licensing changes could mean more alfresco dining spots, as well as later opening hours for pubs and clubs. Alongside these measures, a new pilot scheme will be trialled in London to allow Mayor to “call in” licensing applications in areas vital to the nighttime economy.

We’ve been canvassing for a few months now actually! Sumukh was selected back in October. We started this years canvassing on Tuesday the 7th on All Saints/Bickerton/Stapleton
