Mark, how do we reform the system we have? What is your constructive suggestion?
Why do we have a system that costs 17% of our GDP? You make light of the comparisons to other countries, but they are at half the cost of our system while our life expectancy goes down, so we get nothing for our spend.

But the “immigrants” buying real estate in Sunnyvale, Cupertino, etc. are most probably citizens or permanent residents. I think the H1B people live in apartments in Union City. And I think even the Latin American immigrants are being gentrified out.
