You could just start by looking at faculty lists for the ivies. Let's be honest enough to admit that professors have a great deal of policy influence in the Dem party, and that their policy theories sometimes lack real world insight.

Other than spendingmy entire adult life pointing out this failure, what else can anyone do? We literally managed to get YOU in as Sec of Labor, and what happened to NLRA reforms during that period? And what happened during Obama Admin. Biden Admin.

Also, Art III, Sec. 1 says the "judicial power shall be vested in one supreme court," and does not call for any creation of a Chief Justice of the US. Furthermore, if he's not Chief of the Supreme Court, then he is not on the "one court" which holds the judicial power.

I've spent jus tenough time in nyc to understand that life in the city is TENSE, pressurized, frenetic. Which means when NYers form a mob, especially one formed for a GOOD reason, they release enormous pent-up stress, and authorities better look out. NYers are brutal when pushed to the edge.
