#xpncountdown I just noticed that the 1060's are at the bottom of the Top Decades originals list. Anyone know which 960 year old song made the list?

Found in the basement: a tool belt from Riley Lumber which has now become a mixed-use development in Northern Liberties, Philadelphia. I love it when phone numbers are listed with the old letter exchanges!

Cool! We have those in Philadelphia as well. You can see them on some historic homes.

So cool. My son found this gem a couple weeks ago whilst rolling up change to take to the bank.

One of my kids found this almost 300 year-old coin while we were rolling up spare change! If you don't recognize the 3 legs, they are the symbol for the Isle of Man.

I love that they drop "Cake Eater" in there like everyone knows what it means. It's not on my usual source for word and phrase origins, etymonline.com Dictionary.com cites it from the 1920's. There's another website claiming a 1791 usage, but no source cited so it looks like another flapper coinage

Inside the cardboard box there is a clear plastic container holding the cards. Can anyone translate that? I assume some of the writing says 'Red Memory' like on the box, but there could be something else as well.
