歴史やいきさつが重なってるのも面白いですね。日本人と香港人（たぶん）が働く中華料理屋で、釣りが趣味の香港人のお姐さんが東京湾で釣った太刀魚のフライに、ご飯と中華スープ、ザーサイ、杏仁豆腐、、タルタルソースとブルドッグソースが添えられてるの。

Giving money directly is always good, and I do. But since I am teaching 1st semester first-years, I thought it was important to get them involved in Durham and beyond the Duke bubble, and remind them to always take part in the community. And hopefully, to seed the idea among their peers!
