You’re very welcome. Thank you for writing many of my favourite comic runs of recent times. Keep kicking ass!

And thank you! I searched for them a few weeks back and got nothing, but I know the search function was (maybe still is?) wonky for a while.

Much appreciated!

That’s awful(ly funny to me).

The Newsroom will be on my list at some point. I’ve only watch it straight through once so don’t count it yet for myself.

Same with The Expanse. Those are great choices.

Buffy and Angel are on my list to get back to soon. I adore them but haven’t watched them in almost 20 years.

I’m rewatching the original Quantum Leap right now. And also doing a Star Trek rewatch too, and Enterprise fell at the same point, so it’s a double dose of Bakula for me at the moment 🤣

The Birdcage
Still Crazy
Guyver: Dark Hero
The Long Kiss Goodnight
Lethal Weapon
First Blood

These days I do a lot more confort tv shows though. Franchises like Star Trek, Stargate, and The MCU.

Also The West Wing, Boston Legal, and Justified.

I was having an adequate day.

We were all having some semblance of a day.

Oh absolutely. I mainly meant that in regards to where you said people were trying to imply that you thought it was a good thing when writing it.

You can’t control how the story is interpreted, of course.

It baffles me how something so obvious just blows right over people’s heads.

It couldn’t have been clearer that it wasn’t something she was happy about and that her loved ones didn’t want her to do because they loved her as she is.

And it’s also pretty obvious you love writing her as she is too.

Uncanny X-Men by Gail Simone was definitely the highlight of the new releases (though I still have the Energon Universe books to read).

Re-read the entire World War Hulk event for the first time since it came out too. That was more fun than I remembered.

I am nothing if not somewhat overly dramatic when I’m awake.

Yeah, Powers was definitely along the same lines. It wouldn’t surprise me if it was part of his inspiration (though entirely possible it was just coincidence too).

Never read much Powers myself. I thought the first trade was decent but never could quite get into it.

Yeah, that was where my mind went to too. These days, privacy seems more vital than ever so it being missing is a big red flag against this site.

For now I’m probably gonna use it mostly for nerd stuff & minimise personal posts. That at least should limit my own concerns. But they’d want to fix it

I will say, as much as I’m liking this app compared to other social media currently, the lack of a privacy setting bothers me.

Oh that! No, had no interest in that. But the comments I’m seeing make it sound like a shitshow.
