That's fair enough. I haven't had too many issues to be honest, but it is concerning how they've always had under recommended requirements to enable frame gen for 1080p 60fps.

I know PC doesn't represent everything, but the Steam reviews due to the poor optimisation and performance must have had somewhat of an impact

Other games do this too. Pokémon Legends Z-A isn't even out yet but it's marked as "Starting at £7.99" due to the SW2 upgrade.
In no way does PLZA start at this for anyone. No one owns it yet. Basically any SW2 upgrade path shows this.

Nintendo need to fix the way the eShop displays "Starting from". It's quite misleading.
In the image below it implies Romancing SaGa 2 starts at £7.99 - but in reality that's the price of the SW2 upgrade.
So in no way does it really "start" from that price.

Route 31 in Johto (Pokémon Gold/Silver) is peak. You can get an electric, water and grass-type Pokémon for your team.

Our boy Charizard is getting there in Scarlet & Violet, but he still looks washed out and the environment as we know isn’t pleasing.
There’s a lot of other Pokemon that still don’t look great in 3D though.

Art direction and lighting go a long way too, I guess. A lot of the Digimon in Digimon Story: Time Stranger look very good and detailed.

I do not think Charizard has ever looked as good as he did in Gen 5. Both the front and the back sprite absolutely slap.

Didn't really know what I was doing. Didn't even have a gaming PC. Steam sounded cool and I had ambitions to one day get a gaming set up.

There are 6 90+ games on Metacritic right now and 3 of them are Nintendo games.
It feels a bit cheap that the NSW2 version of BoTW and ToTK are up there, but I don't make the rules.

FWIW I don't feel this was a scam in the sense many are saying. I don't think the studio ever intended to just walk away with people's money. But what was the point in the stretch goals if they literally meant nothing? The transparency for the backers is awful.

I ordered April 4th. Still waiting on update on the order page. But I have been re-assured by EE that "all" pre-orders are getting fulfilled and delivered tomorrow. Gotta trust that for now I guess.

Posts don't appear chronologically in a feed anyway. So wouldn't it be better to technically post hours before?
