Great to see that @bobbyrae48.bsky.social has joined Bluesky. His work as an MP, and later party leader is a big reason why I became interested in Canadian politics and pursued a career in the field. Definitely recommend following him.

Pro tip for any political party: if your current leader is unpopular, you may want to consider changing your campaign training program name to something other than the leader's name. It would suggest the start of a subtle, modest rebrand suited for the times.

In the 1st episode of Shane Gillis' Netflix show Tires, there's a scene that reminds me so much of Spence Diamonds. The tire shop boys have car dealership friends, who drop by and play them their new radio ad, and it's both terrible and annoying. Everyone agrees it's all they can think about though.
