How many times must I verify my location to get this to go away, for the past 2 days everytime I've opened this app I've had to reverify my location to prove that this law doesn't affect my area.

people really will endlessly complain about the ongoing and rapid enshittification of big tech but outright kneejerk refuse to even consider using Linux because "yeah but i'm a cool kid i can't sit with the nerds :-("

If you see this, quote with a title screen that’s iconic to you.

Don't know if this counts as a title screen but Pacman is one of if not the first game I remember playing.

So I played and beat Heretic Faith Renewed last night and overall thought it was pretty good. The new weapon was neat and the secret level made good use of its tracers by tossing the player into a horde of hundreds of monsters.

As much as I love the classic doom games I have to admit that rise of the triad had it beat on quit to dos messages.

When I ordered this, I didn't realize that it would be nearly 2 feet tall. I have no clue where to put it since this thing is actively taller than my shelf so it might just end up sitting on top of a comic box. #batman #hush2

Being able to easily load and save in multiplayer would make this the definitive port for #Hexen co-op.
A look at the new front-end for the upcoming GZDoom 4.15. Better multiplayer is a big focus in this new version (gigantic rewrites under-the-hood single-handedly done by GZDoom dev @boondorl.bsky.social ) and a designated Multiplayer tab has been added to enhance the user experience

Sad to see this run ending so soon. Aside from a short dip in quality after the end of the first arc, it was pretty good and it was really looking up near the end.
It’s here: IRON MAN #10, the last issue of my run. Thanks to everyone who checked it out. For everyone else, if you like critiques of surveillance capitalism, technocratic liberalism, private equity, great-power competition and the spy agencies in your superhero stories, pick it up in collected form

Quake just got a chocolate port, akin to Chocolate Doom, which aims to be as close as possible to it's original DOS version, the 90s experience and no modern features. Purists might like this.
