It is outrageous that over half of claims for #pensioncredit have been unsuccessful!
Could it be to do with the threshold being way below the #poverty line, & the unfair 2 tier threshold that prevents anyone on full new #StatePension from applying? Including many asset-stripped

@unitetheunion.bsky.social want the courts to see what we’re saying, that if the proper impact assessment on the #WinterFuelPayment was not done then the UK government need to go back to the beginning and in the interim pay the #WinterFuelAllowance this year.

WASPI is a Ltd company which represents less than 10% of #50sWomen. They seem happy to settle for a pittance of £3K yet those who have to 6yrs for SP have lost out nearer £50K. Why do you think the Gov are happy to deal with them & not other groups fighting for full restitution?
