Played @colewehrle.bsky.social and @wehrlegig.games excellent John Company again last night. By far one of the most interesting and engaging board games. So many immersive stories and we’ve only done the 1710 scenario!

Finspan is fun, not going to amaze anyone whose played Wrym or Wing, but a good version of those with some unique mechanics and a different theme (that I really like)

whenever young people ask me for advice, i always recommend that they carry some cash on them. it's easy to understand why they don't, since almost everything now can be bought with a credit card or a mobile app. but what it means for me is that they're more difficult to hold up and rob in the park

The Fallen Divinity kicked some butt today destroying probably around 700 pts. Definitely a powerful piece if used correctly but completely changes the way the faction plays
