DoorDash will pay $17 million in a settlement for stealing its drivers' tips.

The New York Attorney General's office found DoorDash was secretly using drivers' tips to subsidize wages until 2019.

About 60,000 drivers will receive part of the payout.

California's Attorney General has filed charges against a real estate agent for attempted price gouging in the wake of the LA fires.

The agent allegedly raised prices 38%, far over the 10% limit.

The charge carries a max penalty of a $10,000 fine and 12 months in jail.
