Also, showing that you don’t need a explanatory parentheticals if you have good textual sentences and a killer example or two! This way of doing it is way more effective.

I know this isn’t really the point, but Exhibit 4,294,203 showing that short sentences are better than long sentences in legal writing.

I was SO CONFUSED when BMK at argument yesterday kept talking/asking about injunctive relief to a “putative class” because that is not a thing under Rule 23. But looking at the order issued today, I now know why he was thinking/asking about it. This order had to have been written already.

So I mostly hung up my grips when adult gymnastics was canceled during the pandemic. But late last year I started a brand new hobby with a group of awesome women who either used to do this as a kid or started brand new like me as an adult. Here’s the new hobby!

This strikes me as an exceedingly honest judge. He sic’d himself rather than just change the “two” to “[to]”!
