None. Unless it’s at the Toronto Film Festival, the only time and place in recent years where I don’t see people (of all ages!) using their mobile phones! Some blame streaming for poor attendance at theatres. I blame cellphones and social media! 😡 I may be wrong. But that’s why I don’t go.

As I see the comments, I am also very skeptical that these would be Liberal operatives. As you point out, they are so far ahead, why would anyone do that? Unless it was a false flag operation. We live in outrageous times when it comes to decency and honour! Without absolute proof, I don’t believe it

justifiably very sensitive to foreigners criticizing Mexico in any way (given its history). EP is not perfect, but it is a work of art presented in an operatic over the top way. If Frida Kahlo and Diego had created the film it would be a different story (& she was very controversial in her time).
