I am busy making ornaments for my mother. She asked me to make gifts. These are the prototypes I started with. I have tweaked the patterns and I am happy with what I am happy the later results. I'll post more pictures when I am finished the final products.

I made a lemon zucchini farro bowl for lunches this week. I added lots of mint, basil, and parmesan. It is delicious!

My mom loves Halloween. She gave me this!

This is my new favourite snack! Multigrain toast topped with homemade hummus, sliced tomatoes, and a za'atar olive oil drizzle.

I also made Glowing Skin Salad from the Healthy Girl Kitchen Cookbook. I love lentils.

I still have power, so I whipped up some hurricane hummus. Stay safe!

I made a batch of Garlicky Onion Crunch. It's delicious.

Look! The first Songbird Mitten body is finished! I have to put in the thumb and weave in the ends, but I'm happy with the results so far.
