This is not how a genuine democracy manages peaceful protests. Russian proxy Georgian Dream, which fraudulently declared victory in its favour, now uses riot police in the same manner as Viktor Yanukovych used the abhorrent Berkut in Ukraine during the 2014 Maidan protests
